Ascensus Advisors was founded by Yale School of Management alumni for executives of the same caliber. Institutions have bankers, counsel, and boards. The executive has no one. There is no comparable firm serving the general public.
We work privately with a limited number of executives each year.

We work in the discipline of advisory firms: diagnosis, written counsel, and accountability, not in the language of self-improvement.
The long arc
Every recommendation is tested against a thirty-year career horizon. Short-term decisions are evaluated by their compounding consequences.
Quiet discretion
Engagements are confidential by default. We do not name clients, publish testimonials, or trade on association.
Measurable upside
We expect our work to produce a multiple of the advisory fee, and we structure engagements so that multiple is observable.
